~We Might Have Finally Found It~

Good morning everyone. I hope your having a good morning so far. =)
When my husband got home from work yesterday he said let's go. I said where? He said we are going to look at a house for rent. I got the kids and diaper bag ready and we went.
The house is perfect for us! It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. It has a fenced in front yard and backyard. It has a garage. The kitchen is beautiful with granite counter tops.
The bathrooms are updated and beautiful, with bowls for sinks. They added onto half the house a couple years ago, so there is plenty of room for us! It is $800 per month which saves us $200 each month since we are paying $1,000 per month here. 
The only bad thing about it is it's on a main road which I am not entirely crazy about-but since it's all fenced in it's not a huge deal.
We all love it and I am just praying everything works out with it! I am nervous to get too excited because of how everything has gone for us lately-but hopefully this is our home very soon! =) We are supposed to be meeting with him again in a couple of days to make it official.

I hope this is it for you! The rent is nice and cheap too. A house like that here would cost a minimum of 1.200 per month. I hope you can sign a 12 month lease, and if you do, I would recommend keeping a copy.

That is cheap a four bedroom and 2 bath... I hope you get this... you need some good news, and a place to live.

@CookieMonster46 Depends what state as far as the price goes. Pay isn't very high here either.
I hope we get it too but I'm not getting my hopes up until the lease is signed.
