I can't even stay on myLot and type when drunk, and some people even manage to drive. 
That makes me frustated as well. 
Then I guess the "treat the way you're treated" rule has to be applied, whenever someone lacks of manners or disrespect you. Better to look annoying than to be taken advantage of.

Drunken driving is rampant in India but now he authorities are getting very strict and randomly check at traffic lights.

@sabtraversa Another major problem is that many enforcing law themselves are keen to make some quick bucks- in ways you know how and let go off the offenders once they fulfill their demands.
Yet even now such things are being scrutinized and hopefully we will see stricter enforcement.

Testing drivers at top lights. High speed lane splitting motorcyclists. People with anger issues who displace on me when I'm just trying to get stuff done. People who haggle over under 5 cents in the check out line when I'm directly behind them and in a rush.

I get ticked off at the person who is in such a hurry that they cut in front of you in line. Just ask and I would let you through.

The Mobile yanking person and the clerk and nurse examples are the ones even I don't like.
I also hate people who try to jump in a queue, and some get an earful while doing so.
