Living Life on the Edge (my adventure today)

Yup, today is the day that I decided to stop living life predictable and go for the gusto. What did I do you ask? Well, after two large cups of coffee and a water pill I went out shopping If any of you have ever taken a water pill you know how unpredictable they can be. But, I threw caution to the wind and decided to let the chips fall where they may. Luckily I didn't do a lot of shopping and only ran to the local farm for some fresh corn and zucchini. The bread outlet was closed so I bypassed that and came home. Even though my trip was short it could have been a disaster if that water pill had kicked in along with the mega cups of coffee. What have you done for adventure lately? I have this on the same level as skydiving

Yikes! You do live dangerously! I've never taken a water pill, but I've taken Miralax and went for a walk on the beach.

Phew (wiping sweat off forehead) - sounds like you got home in good time then! On that note, I had a cup of coffee yesterday morning just before we left to go see a teen theater review. That wasn't too smart. We waited in line longer than expected, so the show didn't start til later . . . which means I had "to go" less than a half hour into it. But since it was our first time there, I didn't know there was going to be a long musical segment in the end that would last 80 minutes . . . I was going to burst. Luckily part of the audience left as their kids were finished with their numbers . . . I didn't have to pass in front of too many people . . . and I could time it just right when the audience applauded between numbers. I kept cool as a cucumber but I'll tell you that wiped me out !

Me? Oh my gosh, I've cut back on coffee! Two cups per day is my goal. But, like your coffee cup my favorite cup is really big! LOL Coffee plays havoc with my nerves and the caffeine started interfering with my sleep, also. Decaffeinated coffee is a poor excuse for coffee. It's only genuine attribute is that it looks the same as regular coffee, while it tastes pathetic:(

As we get older, the 'adventures' become that much more ..... gentle I suppose is the word I need.

Oh dear, that is living on then edge! I walked at a local park, near dusk ... that's pretty daring considering that it was a rough part of town. (But I was with a friend)
