YOUR LIFE -- A MOVIE.

If it was possible for you to sit and watch a movie of your life starting from when you reached adulthood to the present - would you find that movie boring, exciting, troubling or just ordinary? Out of five stars, how would you rate your life movie? Would you edit and make many changes, or are you quite satisfied with the way your life has gone thus far? I would give my life movie three stars. There are some chapters I would like to re-write completely , while others can remain as they are. What about you?

Yikes! My life would be an edge of your seat thriller. Lol. Lifetime movie although we haven't gotten to the happy ending yet...not here on Earth anyway. My life has been interesting, so probably a 4 out of 5. If I changed anything I might not have my family...

That's it, you won't want to change your family - and I won't want to change having my son. My movie would definitely be a thriller.

That is a scary thought Kandase for me. If I had to watch my life on film, I would not be able for it now..too much bad. I would rate it 1, unless you like horror, then a 5. Of course if I could rewrite I would.

Mine would definitely be a thriller, I would keep my remote handy and fast forward the bad parts.

I'm going with a 3. There are things that I would like to rewrite. Would it be a thriller, no. A horror, a couple of times. Boring, well it depends on what a person likes cause I have done a lot of things that could be boring for some but fun to others. I will NOT do a movie about myself. Well maybe parts of my life I would.

@Kandae11 That is the way I look at it. The past is history and we can make better history by learning from mistakes and other things. Now if I wanted to make a movie about myself it would be my younger days starring myself and my cousin, Bobby. We were always doing things to get into trouble, good trouble, but we had fun doing it. Like the time we got grandpa's hand drill and drilled holes in Bobby's cast. We thought it was fun but the adults didn't.

I would like to rewrite a few pages of mine, but I know it isn't possible. However I can be sure not to make the same mistakes again.

I might give my life-movie 3 1/2 stars. It would have long periods of boredom interspersed with scenes of intense excitement.

@Kandae11 There was one day on the DMZ in Korea that would make a very exciting one act play. I actually wrote it up as a play for a class in college.

There are some sad and painful parts. I guess I would re-write them differently if I could. But my life is not over yet and even the sad parts could become joyful parts in spite of what happened.

Still much more living to do - that is why in order for you to be able to sit comfortably and watch your movie, I suggested it should be from reaching adulthood to the present. In real life, there will be both good and bad aspects.

I'd have to say 3 for me too. I seem to replay my life in my head all the time . . . so I'm not sure how I would react to seeing my movie . I'd like to think it would be a comedy .

I have often mentioned this to friends and have even posted my thoughts on how all of us could write a book or even produce movies based on our life and yes mine would get 5 stars with all ups and downs.

@Kandae11 But one has to write a book before one sees those flashes Jokes apart, it is the willingness or otherwise to go through the grind of writing.

I do know of 2 chapters I would love to go back in time and change. I have said to God in prayers how I wish I could change them, All the rest, is good and I would not change it.

I would rate my life as a movie for 4 stars. I don't like any rewriting because the mistakes of my life are what made me a stronger person. Though, I would like to correct some of my growing up years misdoings.
