Good morning I was late getting
'uup but got to the dining room
l right at seven o clock am. We head
oatmeal, scrambled eggs raisin bread
toast oatmeal, link of sausage,, coffee,
cranberry juice , and milk. good breakfast

yes so I eat wilsely letting some thing stay on my plate so I will not shoot my boiod sugar up and lately I have een lost ten p;u nds just cutting back a bit on caloriles loll lol
