Is Trump really more popular than Obama?

Did you hear the news that Trump re-tweeted a poll showing that people think he's a much better President than Obama was? It wasn't even close: something like 61% to 39%.
Of course the same poll was done by the "Company" whose polls shows that something like 49% of Americans thought the Clintons murdered their political enemies.
I don't usually do political posts, but does Trump scare you just a bit? Could he actually get us into a war with N. Korea?
President Trump took to Twitter on Thursday morning to share a Twitter poll that shows he is a "better" president than his predecessor.

Scare me bit - that's an understatement....he has scared me long before he ever got into the political scene.

@AbbyGreenhill It says something about Americans and their bitterness that he got almost half of the popular vote. We have to look in the mirror.

As a person, what's there to be scared of? He's a little man who seems to have a personality disorder, who'd probably be utterly insignificant if it weren't for that "small" loan he received from his father.
As a world leader, though, he's absolutely terrifying. He has no filter, and it seems based on the transcripts of calls that have been released that he honestly doesn't understand simple concepts, let alone the complexities of political interactions. He lives in a completely different reality than the people he's supposed to be governing, one in which discrediting and silencing the free press is acceptable because they're telling the truth instead of relentlessly painting him in a falsely positive light. He's absolutely capable of starting something on a world level, but at this point I'm not sure whether it's more likely for him to do it through ignorance or intention.
If I must be completely honest, though, it's the die-hard Trump supporters who truly scare the crap out of me, because even in the face of objective evidence that Trump is not acting in the best interest of the majority of the American people they insist that he's a good man.

I think that most "Trump supporters" voted the way that they did out of bitterness. Trump said things that resonated with the "shadows" of many Americans. Hillary was disingenuous. Obama pandered to clock-bomb boys and Trayvon Martin supporters. People were sick of the BS. But they let their emotions "trump" their intellects (and half of us have IQs of below 100 anyway).

I find that hard to believe. Trump says a lot of things. Very few are true. If anyone could get us into a war he's the one who could do. He says the darndest things.

@TheHorse .....He sure is. I got told I was hateful and cold when I told a Mylot member how I felt and thought of him. I think that people at least need to know what he is doing. Sure some of it is good but a lot of it is bad for this country. We are losing our credibility and that isn't good.

@CoralLevang Right? They should take it away and not give it back until he is mature and responsible enough!

I'm pretty sure it's a fake poll but even if it's not it's certainly not reliable. I read that over half of Trump's Twitter followers are fake bots so that probably explains how a poll could have such shocking results.
Trump scares me more than just a bit and I'm sure he's going to get us into a war with North Korea. I'm afraid it's more likely than not that it will go nuclear. I hope the "deplorables" who voted for him are happy now.

@JeeyanDee I think I get where you're coming from. Trump gets "ratings" because people don't want to miss the trainwreck they know they're going to see. With President Obama and pretty much every other past POTUS people had their opinions, their disagreements with some of them, but they kind of felt secure in general, at least they didn't fear our leader would start a nuclear war or that our democracy was in danger of destruction. Trump is an existential threat.

@anniepa Yes that is very true. I didn't feel the need to watch your news back when Obama was president because I was confident he is intelligent enough to not do something that could end the existence of mankind. Trump, on the other hand, compels me to be informed with everything that he does just in case I need to move in a cave and live there while world war 3 is going on.

It is hard to say. But it seems Donald Trump has supporters and also there are people who object him all the time. I often see his news from TV. Perhaps his words always get attention. He is a very different politician. Perhaps he can be true to himself.

If there's one thing we can depend on when it comes to Donald Trump, it's that he'll be true to himself. He's a self-centered little man who is incapable of acting in the best interests of anyone besides himself... which may be true of many politicians, but Trump isn't sophisticated enough to successfully conceal his true self.

I don´t know about the US citizens (I still don´t understand how he was elected). But at least in my country, Obama is seen with a lot of respect that President Trump does not have.

I was just listening to the news and the guy said that when Trump took office and was briefed by Obama that the biggest treat to the USA was and is N. Korea . So this is not anything new, its been around but so many people (men) want to do the..... I will say it ladylike, Power play, and this is the result.
Popularity makes no difference to me, things the country needs fixed is what matters to me.
And my opinion is the Clintons are a huge part of why the US is the way it is now. I did like old Bill to began with But..... He thought about who he was going to sleep with next more than he should have, cause he got told on and for some odd reason was not kicked out of office, Ya know Alabama`s Gov. just resigned because he was on trial for having an affair?

I did not expect him to become the POTUS but I felt a change was needed.
He has proved quite a handful to the world at large!
It is not business as usual anyway and he is blowing hot and cold.
Lots of brinkmanship in the way he deals with issues.
Personally I liked Obama but every moment throws up a leader and I do hope Trump finds a magic wand for peace soon - siva

@teamfreak16 I'd take his sorry azz over Trump too. I think he'd have the common sense not to get us into a war with a rogue nation.
