What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I'm trying a new recipe: Buffalo chicken meatballs. I always wind up buying ground chicken on sale and then I never know what to do with it which is why I'm giving this recipe a whirl. I'm making basmati rice in the Instant Pot to go with them and we'll have leftover cucumber salad with dill and sour cream as the other side.

Perfect for football season! Baked chicken meatballs with minced celery and carrots hidden inside, topped with hot sauce, and homemade blue cheese dressing – yum!

I´ll make for dinner what I didn´t do for lunch. I had thought of having a Spanish tortilla for lunch, but I found other leftovers in the fridge. So I ate those and I´ll be having the tortilla for dinner.

I would say that sounds good, but other than on wings, I am not big on buffalo sauce. Just beans, wienies and broccoli here. I was out today and didn't feel like cooking much.

@KristenH oh hell no. We have much better pizza around here than the chain stuff. There is an independent pizzeria in every strip mall which is basically on every block. The stuff that they make is so much better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesar's, Papa John's, etc. The absolute best pizza in the area is over the bridge in Seaside but we don't go over there in the summer. Have to wait until September to get some. Trenton-style pies at a place called Maruca's. I grew up on that stuff!

It looks delicious i hope it turns out great. Last night I had a peanut butter and fluff sandwich, some strawberries/blueberries and pretzels for my dinner.
