Getting Back To Normal

These passed few weeks, since I bought new equipment to work with I am getting things back under control on the homestead, it is hard work but I am up to it.
To me house work and cooking is easy but cutting trees is another story. Plus I know there is a bad, bad snake out in the edge of the woods, he blows this harsh offensive smell that is scary.
I wont walk back there anymore and me and Harley is finding it boring to walk around the small mowed part.
Tony spotted the tree that lightening hit on the last bad thunderstorm, it the big one in the middle of the blackberries bushes. I will take a picture tomorrow when its light enough to see it.
How was your day?

I didn't even know snakes put off a smell! We don't have too many snakes around here, just small garden snakes and rattle snakes if you go out in the country. At least I've rarely seen any snakes.
My day was good, our air conditioner finally got fixed so I'm enjoying the cool air!

Thank God you got the a/c back!
I seen more snakes living closer to the city than I have here but yes they will and I learned this from the elders

Wow, that is a strange snake. Can you get some agency to catch it and take it somewhere else? If I had it in my neighborhood I would be very uneasy.

I just hate snakes, they are my biggest fear. I didn't know that they could blow bad smells in the air. Ugh!
I had a busy day at work, in fact so busy it was Wednesday when I started and by the end of my day it felt like it should be Thursday already!! I don't know what tomorrow will feel like.

The snake is letting you know you are in his space and that is his warning to get away.

@andriaperry Snakes are awful, I'm afraid of them! I wonder what kind it is. We had some trees blown down in the woods behind our home, in June. I think they mentioned 70 mile an hour winds!:(

This is the second year so I am thinking he lives in that area, a few years ago I spotted one crossing the clear area and he was around 6 feet long and dark in color.
