Today's dinner

Today, my teen had just came back from work. She is living outside because her working place is far far away from our house.
I had Whatsapp her , enquire whether she prefers to dine out or eat at home. She said homecooked food is better and nicer than outside. I feel happy and decided to cook today.
Today's dinner meal are:
Stir fry brinjal ( eggplant ) with chillie bean sauce and minced meat
Fried potato chips
Spicy chicken nuggets
Cabbage with tofu soup
Brown rice
A lot? Not really, for 4 person, these food are still not suffice...
So, what is your dinner for today?

it is the ingredients and seasoning used. Parboil eggplant to soften them

That's the stir fry eggplant in the picture, isn't it? It looks spicy but I'm sure everyone would enjoy it... I also took a picture of my dinner tonight because I think it's interesting... I'll post it later when I feel like writing a discussion...
