I have not been here at all today, but there is always tomorrow. I am glad myLot is open 24/7. Hubby took this shot of me at the Great Plains Nature Center. I was needing a new shot. Today I have been mentally and physically challenged. . . I took a meal in a crockpot out of the freezer, and put it on "warm" for the day, as it was fully cooked. . . except I actually put it on "high" and it was totally ruined. I had a hard time following the student schedules today, as well. There is always tomorrow. We will be taking our students to see and begin learning about miniature horses in the afternoon. It will break up our day and our week. I will ride the bus to and from school tomorrow as the other helper has a teaching team meeting every Wednesday. There is a lot of variety in our life, for sure. I am positive that I will see you tomorrow.

I have been known to set my crockpot in a cookie pan with an edge, just so that if it bubbled too much I would still not make a terrible mess.

@GardenGerty Good idea! I wish I had thought of it yesterday. At least I was using a crockpot liner so the inside was easy to clean, but the rest...
