Good evening. Some here wanted me to put a photo of my baked ziti
First I am very please with it.It was edible
we had Italian bread and wine.
A few improvement to be made.Mostly on the cheeses.
I use what we had here.I am happy with my first attempt.
Good night.Have a great evening

I love baked ziti but I don't know how to make it. Not a good cook. But whenever I'm at Sbarro, I always ordered baked ziti.

@amadeo I have no idea at all. All I know is that they use Alfredo sauce.

Looks very nice. Definitely heavy on the sause Which is not a bad thing, I mean you need enough to dunk your bread!

@amadeo Guess what I made this morning??? I had some apples that needed to be used up so had some frozen tart shells and made tiny lattice tops , so they are like super small mini apple pies! They look so cute too! just a lot of cutting and measuring for the lattice.

That sauce is gorgeous. Did you make it from scratch?

@amadeo I used jarred sauce all the time. I've made it from scratch a few times, but it seems watery.
