WHO DO YOU LOOK LIKE?

Yes, who do you look like? - your mother, father a sibling, a cousin ? - or are you one of those persons who bear little resemblance to a family member? At one period in our lives, my sister and I were often mistaken for twins - and there is still a strong resemblance, but not as much as before. As far as I know, she is the only family member who bears any resemblance to me. So, what about you - is it easy to tell that you are the son or daughter of Mr. and Mrs Brown or Mr and Mrs. smith? - or were you born with your own special features?

I have features of both my parents, but as I'm a female and keep my hair long, many say I look like my mother. Actually, some relatives confuse us. But mom is 51. If I walk around with my father, most people would still notice I'm his daughter. With my mother, no doubts. And I have no siblings.

it's funny how some family genes are so strong. My granddaughter looks just like my youngest daughter (even though she is not her daughter). It gets confusing when we look back at pictures it's hard to tell who it is.My sons oldest son is a mirror image of his dad and it's like watching my son grow up all over again. As for my kids they do resemble each other and more me than their father

You are so right about family genes - and they go way back. I resemble my grandmother - not my mother or any immediate family member except my sister.

Scientifically speaking, people tend to get more of their father's genes including his looks. I'm in the majority, I look more like my father but my mannerisms and preferences are more similar with my mother.

No, I look only like myself. The people I've been told I look like are pretty diverse: Warren Zevon, Harrison Ford, Steven Spielberg, Kevin Costner, The Beast, and Sponge Bob Square Pants. None are family members.

@Kandae11 I was actually a decent looking guy in my younger days. But because I grew up in an academic background, where beauty was downplayed, and in a neighborhood where there weren't a lot of people of pallor, I never really thought about it/realized it until I was in college.
