I have been craving this meal for a while but I could not find fresh zucchinis anywhere, they were all moldy or to soft. Today I found a couple zucchini that were perfect! First I chopped green and red bell peppers, an onion and I sliced 8 ounces of mushrooms. Browned 1/2 pound of ground turkey. Added a jar of farmers market classic Prego sauce. Used the spiral cutter and did the zucchini into noodles. dipped those into boiling water for 30 seconds, drained them. Buttered and sprinkled garlic on bread and toasted it. Best dang spaghetti I have ate in a long time! I give the new Prego farmers market classic sauce a 10 out of ten, as far as store bought sauce its awesome. I used a little meat and a lot of vegetables. I had my spaghetti fix till whenever. What did you cook for dinner?

Yummy, this sounds absolutely delicious, we love spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash, also. Husband wasn't eating tonight, so I warmed up some leftover, chicken pizza for myself.

@andriaperry It has a bland taste, a bit like zucchini. With spaghetti sauce like you made, it is out of this world, delicious! It has a stringy texture, similar to spaghetti noodles. We love it, in place or starchy noodles.

I made noodles with ground chicken, mushrooms, onions, garlic, celery, and curry powder. I use a can of cream of chicken soup and a couple of bouillon cubes with water. Yummy stuff. There is only a small amount leftover. Not sure I am going to keep it though.

Last night I popped some leftover chicken in the microwave. After closing the store I didn't have the energy to cook.

This sounds a nice meal to make with a courgette. It took me years to realize a Zucchini was a courgette and meant I did not make a lot of recipes because in England we do not have Zuccinnis.

I have never had zucchini noodles, although I keep hearing everyone rave about them. I just had chicken for dinner.

They are like pasta and take on the flavor of the sauce. except they are not as bad for you.

I could do without the zucchini, but otherwise, that sounds like some tasty spaghetti.
