Making sleeping early a habit!

Guys I am just making it a habit to sleep early. As sleeping late is very bad.Earlier I used to sleep very late at around 2. But now I have taken resolution to sleep early. I think it is very good to sleep early. I read online too that it has many important positive changes in life. 1. You will remain positive throughout the day. 2. You can achieve more as in the morning our creativity is highest. 3. You will also feel less tired. 4. It is just a good habit. So what do you think. And did you resolve to sleep early. Now guys I will sleep early from today itself.

If I could sleep earlier I would..but I am never tired early and if I did manage to fall asleep, I would be up by 2 AM no doubt.

Its very important to get proper sleep .We must at least get 6 hours of sleep. If we don't get proper sleep it affects severely on body and mind. You will feel fresh in the morning when you wake up. We should try to sleep early and wake up early. Its really good for our body and mind..

Yes 6 hours and more is essential. Some people cannot just as a habit. But it has many advantages.

You can do what is best for you. Yet, generalising is a bad habit one finds often on this site. How can you claim that creativity is highest in the morning? That's absurd. For some, it is, for others, it isn't. "It is just a good habit" isn't really thought through, is it?

I am a person that sleeps late at night. In most cases, I sleep around 2 pm. In my country, the Internet is so slow during daylight, and fast during the night. So, I tend to work at night. I wish my Internet is fast during daylight, so that I can sleep early and achieve more goals.

I would like to go to sleep earlier, but often times I can't bring myself to fall asleep until later.

I think it a wise thing to do. I usually go to bed at midnight. It works for me. What time do you go to bed?

@mysimplelot I now try to go to bed at 11 PM. I think that is better than midnight as I get 1 more hour of sleep and I seem to need it.

I don't go to bed until 1-2am. I sleep 8 hours and I never have a problem. When I worked I was up very early in the morning, like 2am. Now retired I see no reason to get up early or go to bed early. If I am tired I might take a nap in the day for an hour or so but not all the time. I am always doing something.

@rebelann I get up between 9:30-10:30. Sometimes earlier if we are going some place. I never need an alarm clock either.
