So, as some of you know, I like crime and horror stories, and I watch them sometimes on Netflix as well..late at night. They normally don't affect me at all, and I sleep like a baby..however, I was reading some Halloween murder mystery stories the other night..and suddenly got a bit freaked out..I went to get a heavy walking from the other room, and considered locking my bedroom door..which is usually unlocked..Anyway,,it might not be a good idea to read that before bed again... Do you ever manage to scare yourself?

I haven't ever had a bad dream from reading something scary, but one time I did have a nighmare after watching Scream on Netflix..I think it was a bit too vivid.

Hehehehe... Reading is more scary than watching... Because you created and imagining more from small details to its scariest vision. Never want to watch nor red about it. It affects me.

I don't really like blood and guts kind of horror much, but I do love psychological terror and suspense. Think..When a Stranger Calls..and movies like that.

It's a work of fiction..but we both know people are capable of some terrible things. However, most people thankfully..aren't that kind of evil.

I watched horror movie last night and it wasn't scary! The other day I watched this movie based on true events and yeah that was very difficult to watch and scary. It wasn't even a horror movie. It was based on terrorists.

Terrorists yes, they are scary. I don't let them get to me though. I refuse to empower them.

@snowy22315 It wasn't the terrorists that scared me or even bothered me. It was what they did to people. It was based on true events. I could feel the horror of what they must have gone through.

Not really because I've never watched horror movies or read horror stories when I'm alone.
