I am sorry to post this article, as Della Reese was an amazing woman that did so much for me during some hard times in my life. I would listen to her sing and pray to make it through when my daughter was in the hospital years ago. My daughter had Skin Cancer and had many surgeries and survived.
Della Reese was 86 years when she passed away. Many of you will remember her on Touched By An Angel and some of the other television shows she was on including Chico and the Man, MacGyver, The Royal Family, Designing Women, Picket Fences, That's So Raven, and The Young and the Restless. I recently saw her on the Hallmark Channel Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Rest in peace and you will be missed by so many people. Hugs to all the family.

I am a big fan of Della Reese. It is sad that she had to suffer so much. I loved watching her on tv.

I did not hear of her passing. This is the first I have heard of it. Loved Della's voice, she was incredibly talented.
