The Office Is Now In Winter Wonderland !

I missed posting here for the past days. I have been busy at the office because, in addition to my work, we now are all decorating our own department spaces with the theme, Winter Wonderland. We are given an hour before dismissal to work on our decorations which started last November 15 and will end on Dec. 2. On December 10-15, the judges will surprisingly be seeing what we all have done and the winners will be announced on December 21, during our Christmas party. The first prize is 5,000.00 pesos or $100 , second is 3,000 or $60 third is 2,000 or $40. The rest will get 1,000 or $20. So everyone is keeping the decoration expenses to the minimum, so most are bringing decors from their houses. Brrr, it’s getting cold here as the decorations are slowly getting completed. Here are some snippets of the decorations. Take your pick.

That one is by the Logistics Department. It's headed by an engineer which have two staff. Yes, we can still work with all the clutter of unfinished decorations. When 5:30 p.m. comes, all are again agog with decorating their department spaces, while joking and laughing at each other's decorations.

Yes, but if we don't win, at least the group have the 1000 at least we can reimburse whatever related expenses we incurred in the decorations.

We also joke the people who comes into the office to have jackets or sweaters. ha ha ha But, it is indeed ao cold at the office because of the centralized air conditioner. i am now wearing a jacket or cardigan, which are always at my office chair in case it gets, so cold.

Love those decorations and they have put a lot of effort into being so creative. A wonderful idea to have a Prize like that also and I mean Prizes that will be a great incentive apart from all the Christmas Spirit going around.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I find that one so creative. Although they said they got the idea at Facebook and they just copied it. But even then it is difficult making that in six rectangular pieces of styro then put together in the wall like that.

Yes, with this contest, a lot of employees have shown their creativeness. I am amazed that the simple , reticent bowling attendant is so creative in doing that snowman peeping at the window made of styro foam. and yes the Christmas spirit is so much in the air. Everyone keeps joking about the decora. ha ha ha

The color is white and blue for the winter wonderland . So, you like that too. i like that too, very creative specially the roof with Merry Christmas. So creative. That's the Marketing Dept. though not yet finished. just 30% of the whole decorations tha will be done.

Ah, that's the Logistics Department comprised of 3 guys. Indeed they made the whole office so Christmassy and Brrr cold. Though it's is so cold at the office because of the centralized airconditioner.
