~Yesterday & Today~

Good morning everyone. I hope your doing well today. =)
Things are good here. We had a good day yesterday. It was just my husband and I with our kids. We watched the parade in the morning and then we watched Chevy Chase national lampoon's Christmas vacation in the afternoon. Such a funny movie. 
We did not have turkey for dinner as we don't eat it. We had home made hamburgers with chicken flavored rice along with mac n cheese. It was delicious and we were grateful for the meal. =)
We had a Bible study together as a family before bed. 
Today I am babysitting and I already got my cleaning done for the first part of the day so that's good! I hope you all have a wonderful day.

@Marty1 I'm sorry your brother in law isn't a nice person. All you can do is pray for him and be good to him still no matter how he acts. =) Our reaction is what's important.

@Marty1 I am so sorry Jennifer, I do not like people who do not like animals. We do not have turkey or ham on Christmas, we have different habits in Italy. We prepare a big choice of antipasti, usually followed by tortellini (stuffed pasta) and then by a roast beef or an oven roasted chicken. I am so sorry you are alone for Christmas. Well, you are not alone, the lovely Onyx is with you.

I made a traditional turkey dinner. Enjoyed having my daughters over for dinner and they seemed to enjoy it as well.
Hamburgers sounds great though! Easy and simple, and everyone loves them too.
I have to get out my copy of Christmas Vacation! I watch that movie multiple times throughout the years. Also have to find Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas, and A Christmas Story. I believe I put them in with the Christmas ornaments.
