I am making two soups today. One will be turkey and the other vegetable beef. Both will be eaten throughout the week with my lunch and for dinner as well.

@thislittlepennyearns I boil the carcass, onion and seasonings for hours. Then let it cool so I can remove the meat and bones. Add vegetables and chicken broth and cook it until the vegetables are tender. I sometimes add egg noodles and cook it until the noodles are done.

I am having leftovers from last night's dinner when we all went out to eat after the Gator football game. Some quesadillas, some shrimp, half a patty melt, and half a cuban sandwich. Quite a varied collection of leftovers! haha

Actually, yes. That's only because we have Breakfast For Dinner every Sunday night. Breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, and an Eggo. Hmm, I hope we didn't run out of Eggos come to think of it. If I run out of Eggos, we have a pancake. If it weren't for that routine on Sundays, I probably wouldn't know what we're having. I've never had mac & cheese at Thanksgiving. Last night we had leftover Thanksgiving food for dinner. The bacon mac & cheese sounds so good. I've put ham in it before, but not bacon. I'll have to try that, yum!
