It has been a long 12 days. I had to work this past weekend and thankfully have this weekend off. That made it 12 days of work for me. I had to go to the office yesterday to drop of healthcare paperwork and ran into one of the case managers. She said they are trying to get change to happen regarding our having to work a 12 day stretch without a day off. So far nothing is happening. This weekend will be busy as usual. Have to finish my Christmas shopping, do my grocery shopping, visit my Mom, and do some housework. Hoping to get Little Miss all set up in her room this weekend too. She is ready to be in her own room and it motivates me to surge forward with that. On Sunday, I plan on baking up a storm. Well, at least get some cookies baked and maybe some breads for my clients and relatives. I'll drop the gifts off next week. Other than that I will relax when I can catch a moment to do so. I need a little break. Is your time off really spent as time off or do you work doing other things?

I will go to see my mother on Sunday, it will be a long day on the road, but I cannot wait to see if she is at least a little better.

That is definitely a long stretch without a day off. I am hoping that things change for you. I am glad that you do have some days off.

I could go back to working every-other weekend, and have a day off during the week. However I was more tired doing that. I'd also have problems finding a sitter for Little Miss.

Twelve days without a break is too much. I don't know how you manage it. It seems like I am always doing something. I work from home so I never really get away from it.

I once thought I would be able to pull off this 12 day work week considering it was only once a month. However, the older I get, the less I believe I can do it. I am exhausted.

I spent my work off wisely by doing things that could make me earn money just as like what I am doing here in myLot. Enjoying myself interacting with my myLot family an on the other hand earning money as well. =)
