Eldest is napping / myLot

She must have really not slept well last night or something, as she is napping now. This is unusual for her. I am hoping that it’s just fatigue and nothing else. I’ll keep an eye on her. For the moment she is resting.

Yes hopefully it is just fatigue and she's not getting sick. I didn't sleep well last night either and i may take a nap also.

I’m hoping it’s just fatigue. It can be hard when you don’t sleep well.

The cold weather does tend to tire them out. They don't need a daily nap, but every now and again a nap seems to be required. Hopefully that's all it is.

@dodo19 that's good. Illness just before Christmas is so inconvenient. My youngest had chicken pox over Christmas one year. That was a problem.

It is always a little worrisome when an active healthy child takes a nap, it usually means some illness is brewing. I hope she is just tired.

I just called my daughter, and apparently she was napping too and I woke her up. I hope she's not getting sick. I know when I first start to get sick I get really tired.

@dodo19 I get that way sometimes. In fact, it happened to me today. I felt very tired and fatigued, thought maybe I was coming down with something. However, I laid down and took a 15 minute catnap and I woke up feeling like a million bucks!
