We are finishing the gardening work. I did my small part and Leticia is storing away the tools.
I don´t know what I´d do without Leticia. I am going to invite her for a big lunch out on the second week of January, hopefully to celebrate the painting of the house.
Do you have plans for the house next year?

Would Love to be able to do more outside as well as redo the Kitchen floor, etc. A lot of it will depends on Finances etc to see what if anything we can afford to get done.

Well, I am focusing on selling it. My son said at least a couple of the boards on my deck are rotted. I need to replace some of those.
