We used to drink and get drunk almost every single night. We went to concerts, partied, and really didn't care much about the world.
21 years later here we are. More mature. Dining and not drinking. So much has happened and there was a lot of catching up. One friend is now a directress of school while the other one is married to a farmer.
During the years we weren't together too many things has happened in our lives. One is a single mom, One got hooked on drugs.
But here we are after 21 years, still friends. isn't it nice to catch up with friends we haven't seen for a very long time?

Thursday night I got a message on my fb messenger from one of them asking if we could meet since she was in town and had to leave on Saturday.

we've had those sudden meetups, too, and really glad we did, even if short-lived, with topics that overlap, skip and branch out. haha!

@toniganzon Me too, once in a while. I can take it or leave it. One thing for sure, I'll never drink too much again. The aftereffects are not pleasant.

That's good. Isabelle lived away from us and had a very difficult life. We didn't communicate until Thursday evening when she sent me a message she was in town and wanted to meet for lunch.

Yeah, each of us have gained new friends and the distance and time has somehow changed our relationship but we will always have wonderful memories to cherish.
