Perfection

With all the craziness happening in the world, I have enough of my own happening right now.
I rode my bicycle for 8 measly miles.
I have changed our bedding already.
In 25 minutes we are driving my brother to the airport.
I am meeting some friends at the pool later. It's too beautiful to stay indoors to myLot.
I have some cooking to do for company tomorrow.
I have an art show to go to.
My head is spinning and it's only 9:24 AM! Yet, it's a perfect type of day for me.
How is your Saturday shaping up?

I also changed our bedding and washed and dried the two bedroom carpets, they are back in place right now. I have washed the car windshields, because tomorrow we have to go to Italy. Now I am preparing what I need tomorrow to pack some things in mom's apartment.

I am not really doing much as both my wife and I have horrible colds and too tired to do anything too strenuous. The thought is there but the body is unwilling at the moment. Have a great day and a lovely weekend!

@1hopefulman I was only kidding. I didn't soak my knee in the pool. However, the salt water of the ocean is an excellent healer. I didn't do that either. I just let it bake in the sun and put Neosprin on it. It's all healed except for some red marks. I'm grateful I didn't need stitches!

Weekends are the only predictable days in my random schedule. It's always during the weekends that I work and just work.

@DianneN Can't do that. Weekdays, I run my own company to which I have more control of my time. Weekends, I sit at my father's desk where I cannot escape at all. So I love my weekdays more coz I'm the boss, but not my weekends.

of course not really great but i might live to see a better one. got up fighting to breath of course. wet air here just don't help a lot. lol. and been having big time stomach ailments running to the bathroom if you know what i mean. then just when i thought things were getting better, Clays mom called me to say why was he not answering his phone. she said tell him his grandma is dying today. thats part of my day. i might as well post it i guess.
hope yours gets easier

@DianneN Wo! Where did you learn how to cook a lot of dishes. I only have a few.
Usually for us, on evenings, we just reheat left overs in the microwave. Dinner should be like a pauper as they say.
But usually, it's the opposite when there are dinners outside and when there are takeouts so we will not cook anymore.

@DianneN Sometimes I let myself down by thinking too much. So I am used to jotting down the time unit during which I persuade or urge myself to get started to sit at my desk . It is not easy to be happy with my jobs when there are dark rings around my eyes.

8miles doesn't sound so measly to me. Once I get my second knee replaced, this summer if all goes well, I can get my new, barely-redden bike out. I'd be happy two make one mile after all these years not riding.
As for my Saturday I worked and didn't get too much done beforehand. Maybe I can make up for it this wed and thurs.
