Back from the gym

This evening was a bit warmish and mild to say the least. Even with my gloves and winter coat on, I did sweat a bit, even before class started. I had to take off my sweat shirt too. And as I expected, no Amanda. But on the sign-out sheet, my regular yoga instructor made a note that she would be busy in March with work--we have subs for three days, two of them with my favorite sub later in the month (and toward the end of my membership) and one with the sub I don't like. She would be subbing, two weeks from today. I've let Amanda know via text. I would be passing that class. Other than the regular warm-one with stretches and the sun salutations, here's what we did in class tonight: 2 Crow Poses 2 Chair and Gentleman's Chair Poses 2 Reverse Table Poses with 2 Leg Lifts (1x/side) 3 Modified Planks and Child's Poses 2 Half Moon Poses (1x/side) 4 Leg Raises (while lying down on stomach on the mat-2x/side) 4 Planks and 2 Side Planks Poses (1x/side) 2 Side Body Twists (1x/side) and Twisted Backbends 2 Kneeling Dancer Poses (1x/side) and 2 Arm-Leg Poses (1x/side) 1 Legs Up the Wall Pose I think that's about it for tonight.

@KristenH I see and I agree. No sense coming to a class being led by a person you don't like.

@allen0187 Thanks. I did three with her. And that was enough. The last one I attended with her subbing was in September-she did sub in December for one class, but I skipped it.

Well I've known the regular sub more and longer, since she also subbed for my Pilates classes. She's also nicer and lets class end a bit earlier. The other one I had a few times, but she picked on my first yoga mat, when I first started a few years ago, because it wasn't stronger enough. And when I mentioned I had Scoliosis years ago too, she kept bring it up in class when I'm there, even if I don't have it anymore. It's a non-issue. That's why I don't go to class if she's subbing there. I just don't like her. She's grating on my nerves.

Not really. You just scoot your butt over to the wall and have your legs up it. If you want to see a photo, I can give you one. It's a good way to meditate and relax for a few minutes in the dark.
