Mildred the Cat – changes are needed here at myLot …

Hi everybody. It’s Mildred the Cat. I hope everyone is doing well.
I just read a very interesting post written by the well-known JJ, caretaker of the also well-known feline, Scar. Said JJ discussed his impatience with some writers here on myLot who crab and complain about changes they want made to this site. Well, I am one of those who would like to see some changes made.
For starters, I’m assuming we all respect diversity here. I am a cat writer and obviously have different wants and needs than the average human writer does. What good is money to me? It’s not like I can hop in the car, drive to the store and buy myself a treat.
Therefore, I would like my myLot earnings sent directly to me in the form of chicken and catnip treats, something tangible I can use, rather than actual money deposited into my mom’s account that only she has access to. It’s just a thought but one I really hope myLot will take into consideration.
Phew! I feel good getting that off my chest.

Perhaps there should be a sister site called MewLot and a payment processor called PawPal. Unfortunately, although much of the technology is theoretically usable by IBWOOTs (Intelligent Beings WithOut Opposable Thumbs), much more needs to be done, such as camera recognition of tail gestures and miaow-recognition software as well as paw-friendly can opening devices.

I love the fantastic MewLot/PawPal ideas!! I'm keeping my paws crossed that myLot takes my suggestion seriously and we see some major changes here soon.

@LindaCPearson I did not know that also "non humans" have the habit only to care for themselves. Well, in the case of cats I should know better.

JJ is right when it comes to humans but for we non-humans, some changes would definitely be a good thing!
