Wild Party

Little Kuma must have had a wild party at my home in Connecticut. She passed out on the loveseat cushion, toppled the cushion, but wasn't injured as you can see. My husband and I had a much less wild party last night. We had a lovely dinner which my sister-in-law and brother prepared at their condo. They invited our other sister-in-law, who also has a vacation condo in our complex. It's so nice having family down here. Sunday evening, we attended an Academy Awards party. It was too noisy to enjoy, so after a couple of hours, we returned to watch it in the comfort and quiet of our own home. We're pretty active, but are becoming party poopers. I think it shows our old age. Sometimes I prefer a quiet evening at home. Do you?

Love that kitty, but she rarely lets me touch her. My son can do anything he wants to her, which is not fair! lol

@DianneN I also feel about high school age. I do not believe we will ever be of old age Dianne. You are only old if you feel old.

Gee, thanks, Anna! We are as young as we feel! I feel about high school age. I'm looking forward to more quiet evenings at home next month. It's too crazy here in Florida, but I don't like being a homebody all the time. I'll save that for my old age, whenever that comes!

I'm definitely a party pooper! Quiet evenings with my husband, alone at home, watching something good like a movie, it's my idea of a perfect time! Kuma is one smart young man, for sure:)

It appears that my evenings of relaxing with my hubs are far and few between. I'm hoping to get back into the grove next month. Kuma is a female, but smart she is! Lol!

@DianneN Little sister, that's cute! Kitties have such energy. Actually so does this one I'm watching.... Bridgette - but she's 15. Hard to believe . Ah yes, plenty of time to rest up at home.

@JudyEv I understand, and hope you both can manage. I have selective hearing when it comes to my husband and he with me, I'm sure.

@DianneN We're both in denial at the moment. And also the industry is under review because of the prices they charge so that puts us off getting hearing aids at the moment. We will get around to it soon but we'll be careful to choose a company that doesn't charge the earth.

How wonderful that you have family down here. I like the nice quiet evenings now. I am not much of a partier. It was the wild child in Kuma coming out to play.

I never liked music so loud that you couldn't speak or hear the person next to you. I discovered that when I was 19 at a bar/concert.

Well yeah, if I was out as much as you are,,I sure would. I am the opposite..I want to go out..but it is a real pain driving around here at night with no streetlights! Kuma was having a wild time..My cat even though techinically a senior ciizen..can play with the best of them too! Lots of ball rolling, and batting go on around here.
