Diet help!

does someone have a good diet plan? hopefuly a one with quick results... i am now on a low carb diet and it's taking so long to see results!

Try eating lower calories and exercising more. What works for me is eating lots of plants and no meat. Salads, fruits, fruit and spinach smoothies. Its all low calorie and filling. Plus you feel so much better or at least I do. What does your exercise regimen look like also?

I am a soldier so i dont have too much time to exercise but i do keep walking to our gym as many times as i can. one more thing, why no meat? its full of protein and no carbs. P.S: as you can understand fruit smoothies are not really available...

you can go for calories counting.. it's the greatest way to lose weight even without exercises, for example if you take 7-days 800 calorie diet plan : you will lose 3.4 pounds in a week considering you burn about 2500 calories a day(with normal activity).
In this day and age, everyone is always concerned about their size and weight. It’s a rather bothersome fact, but we all know that it is healthier and appealing to be slim and in shape....

My doctor's have me on very high protein diet, NO fats in the meat, Fish, chicken, turkey, baked do not fry, lean hamburger, lamb, venison if you can get it, buffalo, lots of nuts almonds, walnuts, beans. Veggies, avacado, broccoli, green beans, salads, fruits, apples, berries, melons, cottage cheese low fat, it is not easy but it works Also they have me eat a good breakfast, eggs poached or soft boiled, omelets with veggies to your liking and swiss cheese is lower calorie, turkey bacon, chicken sausage, cut out a lot of breads, if bread whole grains like 10-20 grain. Keep walking, swim if able. They also have me using Atkins and or Slim Fast 15-20 gram protien shakes 5-6 per day so one good regular meal, the shakes, and snacks on veggies, fruits. no eating after 8:00 p.m. Use honey not sugar. Not sure how long to see results just keep going.
