Finally Getting Out of the House

After being stuck in the house for longer than I could deal with, today is a day to go out and enjoy being back in the world again.
Gosh, I've been suffering from cabin fever and really need a change of scenery.
I'm going out to lunch with my daughters. They picked Ruby Tuesdays and I'm happy with that choice. I love their salad bar and could probably make a meal out of that alone but I'm sure I'll have something else too.
Aside from lunch, we'll make a stop at Michaels since it's in the same vicinity and they're having a big sale on a whole bunch of things.

The sun is shining and 99% of the snow is gone so maybe spring will arrive?

Well today, I went to the bank and to do my mystery shop. I also had a late lunch, early dinner at Red Robin. I had to think fast though because I accidently had left my credit card the other night when I went to trivia. I was planning on using it today! It almost threw a monkey wrench in the day, but I remembered I could use some saved money in the bank so I did..however now..I have to make sure I replace it!

@Marilynda1225 I will..I have to go there today to pick it up. Red Robin's Tavern Burgers have really shrunk! Their Salted Caramel shake was awesome!

We have a Red Robin close by and I love their blue cheese burgers. I usually take my grandchildren there as it's kid friendly and they have a great time.
Good thing you had some spare cash on hand to get you through the day. Hope you got your credit card back.

@Marilynda1225 Yup, for sure. There are days, when we are kind of stuck at home. It might be cold for you, but at least you have some sunshine out. It's cold and cloudy here.

I'm sure you know the feeling of being stuck in the house especially that you have small kids. We have sunshine today but it's blustery cold

The past few winters I've thought about moving but just the thought of packing and relocating keeps me here. Glad that you aren't dealing with snow anymore

@Marilynda1225 That was the worst part of it all, after being in my old house for 28 yrs, it took forever and I had to get rid of a lot of things. I will never move again

It was awesome getting out and having a fun day. My days are getting too mundane being stuck in the house all the time. I didn't spend too much even though I could have

The snow is still all here even though it is melting slowly and lost of sunshine. I think spring fever is starting to hit home and the need to get outside and enjoy the day.

I just got back from taking Tony for his last treatment this week. I will work outside, MY yard! YAY!

Yesterday I dyed my hair, read some, did some work, and colored some. We did have a little bit of snow on Wednesday. But it didn't stick. Today I'm going to get the mail, take out the trash, and do the laundry. I need to read some more and work on another coloring page.
