Yummy star fruit pickle

Just tried making pickle from star fruit that grows in our garden. It has turned out great and yummy too. Sorry guys cannot share - just enough for the household. 

It is easy to make. It took us just an hour. It is sweetish and can be used as jam as well

@allknowing Sure, the star fruits are one common fruits here, but I don't know how to make pickle. I think our method will be different than yours.

@youless There are several ways. This is sweet pickle. I can even make sandwiches with it.

In my earlier post I have a big image where you can see the fruit.
This beautiful fruit is seen hanging in clusters on the star fruit tree. I shall try and make pickle out of these fruits following the bimbli pickle recipe....

@allknowing We have the star fruit in Guyana - it is also called Carambola or five finger.
