some compare mylot to facebook, but here, you have to post more than just a quote, or a status post, or copy-paste news articles, so it's better to first read the Community Guidelines and FAQ to know the do's and don'ts.
some say they share stuff here that they don't share on fb, that they feel freer here when it comes to certain topics or aspects of their lives. however, if you use your real name and picture, it's possible someone you know could stumble on it and read it. it's not a "closed/private" site.
it's better to focus on making friends and learning from people within your country and around the world, and just enjoy the interaction first, the earnings second, so it doesn't feel like a "site to work from."
is mylot your first online site? do you have a paypal account already? be sure to input your paypal email address in the space provided in your account settings.

The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Then you can write a post introducing yourself. Tell us a bit about yourself.
Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction.
Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky.
