Whats your favorite easy to make vegetarian foods?

My favorite is a cesar salad, with lots tomatoes and cheese. Though another that takes a bit of planing is potato soup, with cheese. Then theres vegetable stew in the crock pot, super easy!

I suppose our favourite is falafal. We are not vegetarian though.

I like a good grilled cheese with tomatoes..and maybe avocados. Maybe I will make that for lunch tomorrow!

Those are all good ideas. Cesar salad you have to be careful with since cesar dressing often has anchovies in it.

Is cheese considered vegetarian? In this case my favorite is a "Caprese" salad, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves and olive oil. I am not vegetarian.

Oh yes salad is mine too the best. There is so much you can put into a salad and the other dishes I like are various bean dishes..though right now I am not eating those due to keto.
