One thing I don't like about plant based or nut based milk

I have been trying to drink more of those plant based milk alternatives like coconut and almond because they are better for you supposedly anyway, and I do think they probably are, but one think is they are terrible in coffee, there just isn't that much fat to them. I will have to buy something to put in my coffee..because otherwise the coconut milk will taste like water in there. If you drink alternative milk, what do you put in your coffee?

I do not care for coconut milk unless in certain dishes. I buy almond milk sometimes but I am not into any milk, its a sometimes things for me. I drink my coffee black and with splenda. If I do a white coffee I use the non dairy coffee creamers, sometimes its a treat for me.

Hmm I did use almond milk for a long time in my coffee and enjoyed it. Coconut milk in it was terrible though.

@snowy22315 different brands may be better then others but it might just not be your thing we won’t all like the same things and that’s fine.

I usually put almond milk, unsweetened vanilla in my coffee and I really like it. Plus only 30 calories per cup and virtually no fat or artificial sweetners in it.

I only have coffee occasionally now but I have soy milk in it, you have to try different brands though because most of them separate like they've curdled in the coffee. I use asda long life soy milk

In coffee, I use half and half. I will drink Almond Milk and I will also use Almond Milk on cereal.

Yes, almond milk on cereal is fine. It is actually good with oatmeal.

Coffee gives me a gut ache so I've not had this issue. Almond milk has worked for me in gravy, sauces and even cocoa.

I've never tried any of these types of milk. They seem to make milk out of all sorts of things nowadays.

Some of the alternatives aren't really worth trying in my opinion..but as you can see there are differing opinions.
