Which is the best eating habit that one should embrace for a better health? Bearing in mind that improper diet leads to diseases such as diabetes among others?

Eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and greens like lettuces, spinach and herbs.

Mostly plant food and never overdo it. Eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, but try to eat only what is in season for your area. And do as I say, not as I do.

Diabetes is hereditary one too..but it's good to follow diet habits and increase taking fibre content foods..to control it.
