Squats for a firmer butt.

I’ve been doing a 30 day squat challenge which includes a variation of the different types of squats. Let me tell you... I have seen a huge difference. How has exercise helped you?

I've been teased by friends and by my hubby because of my heavy bottom. When I was in my college years, I was so skinny that I was green with envy those who are gifted on that part of the body. I used to do squats but not regularly.Maybe somehow , doing squats helped.

Personally I’d rather have a butt with some flesh than none at all.

I haven't exercised anymore. But when I used to it help me alot to stay healthy.

Yes exercise is very helpful in-terms of staying healthy and fit. I try to walk a mile every day before and after work.

I do do them yes but not continually like I ought to. I am trying to do them but I keep getting distracted and I think they help a bit yes. Thanks for sharing this one.

What is a squat challenge?

It’s an exercise that targets the glutes, thighs, hips and legs. It gives them a sort of toned look. For the challenge part of it you’d do sets of reps 2-3 days straight and then the fourth day would be what you’d call a rest day. Continuing until you’ve reached 30 days total.

@MALUSE yeah I think I should too. I started out doing 15 and then the same number another day and then probably 20 on day 3 and increase accordingly as I go along.

When I first started doing cardio I was doing 80minutes of cardio but I ran myself too hard and got a chest infection from no rest, I'm not saying not to workout but just pace yourself do what you can handle for both you and your health

Yes, that's right. If you want bigger butt.. it's a good exercise..
