I had been deducted a fee of 100 times of the original amount

This morning there was a bank alert telling me that I had received deduction of $15,000 dollars from my insurance. I jumped up. My insurance premium on that company policy was supposed to be just 150 dollars. Then I realized that almost everyone who is with the agency has a deduction error of 100 times the amount. Hope to have a reversal soon
