HELLO, MyLotting Family: Do you wear a watch for fashion or do you actually wear a watch for you to keep track of the time! I am so, so quilty of this "Trick of the Watch" theory, because I wear watches all the time for FASHION; I am a Watch Collector; so when people come up to me and ask me what time it is if I don't have my cellphone to tell them the time they are out of LUCK! lol - WHAT ABOUT YOU ARE YOU A TRICK OF THE WATCH FOR FASHION OR DO YOU ACTUALLY WEAR A WATCH TO KEEP TRACK OF THE TIME??????

Hello, Jessa: That's good you use a watxh for the purpose it was intended for and especially when you are out and about like jogging, because I can't stand not to know what time it is. Does the watch that you wear when you job have a timer like a stop watch on it to? My mom has one where it counts her steps when walking for exercise. I tell you technolgy; I can't keep up!

I wear my watch for both. I too love collecting watches and my favourite is my Philip Stein because of its technology. I need something to take away my stress and my PS watch does that or so I believe. When I have a lot of stress it's the watch I choose. ON weekends I use my cheap ones like G-shock or my Swatch watch. Weekdays could be my techno marine or PS. Now I'm eyeing a Charriol watch.

Hello, Grand Princess Anne Grafton: I'm loving that watch and I agree with you one million percent, my watch that I wear describe the mood that I'm in and it must color coordinate with my outfit of the day. Thanks for sharing and Happy MyLotting!

@MsExquisite My watch is for fashion purposes mostly I think, since I am used to check for time on my phone (out of habit). Furthermore, since it cost me a fortune, it has to sing a fashionable story of its own or what's the use right?

Good day, Heinrich: I agree with you, because my watch is mostly for fashion and to be honest I only think one of my watches are properly set for the time, because I just got that one and sometimes just look down at the time to say, "Hey, Karen newsflash that's what a watch is made for!" smh Thanks for sharing and Happy MyLotting!

I don't even wear watches lol but I would use them for fashion. I wouldn't get use to looking at my watch for the time.

Hello, Christina: I wouldn't wear watches neither if it wasn't for fashion for me, because I tell time with my cell phone. Thanks for sharing! Happy MyLotting!

I wear my Apple Watch all the time now. I can get phone calls, texts, and emails on it. I change the bands to colors that match whatever I’m wearing.

Hello, Momalisa65: My son has an Apple watch; how savvy and up to date with the technology you are "Baller"! That is a beneficial watch to have without carrying around your phone device to be more productive within your day! How creative that you change your bands or even have the time to do so! That's neat; I like! Thanks for sharing! Happy MyLotting!

I have not worn a watch for a long time. Hubby recently bought me one and I wear it when I get dressed up to go somewhere other than the grocery store! I did wear watches for years when I was working outside of the house. And, like you, I bought them to match my outfits, etc. Of course, I also used mine to keep up with the time as well. Most of my older ones from those days are gone and no longer work.

@MsExquisite That is so very true. They are no longer a necessity just a fashion accessory.

Hello, Shellyann36: The cellphone industry has spoil a lot of people for the one stop shop features and one including telling the times that we don't even have to wear a watch no longer; not unless we are doing it for fashion for the few of us anyway.

Yeah, I do that too. I don't "collect watches"; but I'll dig out my phone to check the time WHILE WEARING A WATCH It's mostly 'out of habit,' but the main "reason" I do it is ... the same 'reason' I wear deodorant & cologne & a ring on my finger & a cross around my neck---the subliminal message that "I'm wealthy, rich, and astoundingly well-off'

@MsExquisite Well, there's a reason for those 'marriage habits' ... to remind yourself that you're not doing anything "just for yourself" anymore, but you're doing everything 'as part of a larger team.'

Yes, I truly agree with you it's like a habit like not splitting a pole or like you said wearing a ring when you married or taking your husband's last name when you get married. Thanks for sharing and Happy MyLotting!

I am lost without my watch. I probably look at the time about 500X a day without realizing it. The only time I do realize it, is when I'm not wearing my watch. So that's when I go find it. (I have to take it off when I clean the fish tanks.)

@MsExquisite Me too, I found a whole bunch of them in my drawer the other day. Many of them didn't even work anymore. I really need to clean this room. Including drawers.

Good day, Melanie: I do the same thing, because I can't stand not to know what time it is and when I have to take my watch off that I don't tell time from and just wear for fashion I still make sure I put it in a safe place for I want misplace it. All of my watches have a sentimental value to me!

I dont wear a watch at all. The metal on them irritates my skin. I don't keep track of every minute of time.

To be honest I am EXACTLY the same! Haha, except I genuinely forget to set the time on my watches and pull out the little plastic bit everytime I put it on. I use them just for fashion and still look at my phone for the time!

Good day, Helen Martin: I guess us Martin's share that common ground, because I wear my watch for fashion and pull out the plastic piece on an occasion; I just pulled the plastic piece out of my Michael Kors watch last week as a matter of fact. "You have to be more careful!" Thanks for sharing and have an exquisite weekend!
