What's for dinner? July 12 / myLot

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I am making organic chicken breast strips marinated in a mixture of olive oil, dijon mustard, white wine, chopped garlic, and Penzey's Florida Pepper. I was going to grill them until I saw how small they actually were when I took them out of the package. I think I will just cook them in my cast iron skillet instead. To go with them I am making roasted butternut squash cubes, steamed garlic green beans, and jasmine rice. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

That sounds so tasty!!! We had grilled lamb chops, potatoes, and asparagus. Hubs made it all.

That sounds yummy, I had pasta salad with additional meats, veggie,s cheeses..I was thinking I will get some artichoke hearts tomorrow because they would taste delicious in there.

That sounds good,. I just got a single burner hotplate today so as soon as I can get me some groceries I am going to try making chicken your way too. It was so hot I just had half of a gyro sub I picked up and the other half tomorrow.

Your dishes always sound good. I had a Seattle Cream Cheese Dog with leftover baked beans and Ore Ida's onion tats. Now I'm fill and will pass on dessert.
