9th Mall Anniversary and EMployees' Day

I wasn’t here yesterday, because we had our 9th mall anniversary celebration. It was also our company’s Employees’ Day. At 9:00 a.m., we had our healing mass. Then, we had the blessing of the Zoe & Ella Playland and a tenants’ Big Inflatable playthings. From 1:00-3:00 most of us were in the bowling area. We were grouped into 4 with 4 members each and competed in bowling. Most of us were first-timers to play bowling. I joined bowling, though I have bowled this one with big heavy balls for the first time. Some played billiards, table tennis, and others sang using the videoke machine and I also joined it. Others went wall climbing and while others did the zip line comes from the lighthouse and lands by the wall climb. At 3:00 p.m. we had a motorcade from here to Daraga, the next town, where I live, then back to the mall we manage. We gathered in the activity area, ate the catered foods prepared, while we listen to the different bands play. It was a super enjoyable anniversary and employees’ day celebration.

No, it's outdoor. It is from the lighthouse of the mall until the wall climb and traverses the sea as it slids down the wall climb.

I still know how to play the billiard, because my grandfather has a billiard stall when we were kids and we keep playing there.

Wow, you are courageous, you like zip lining. It is from a high place, the lighthouse then it will traverse over the sea and will go down by the place where the wall climb is. And when you do come here, please just give me a private message. I can be your tour guide.

@SIMPLYD Lol - zip lining was't even thought of when I was young, but it was definitely something I would have loved to try. I'd still try it now if I had the chance

. Those with children 2-12 listed their children for the playland. You can choose one only because it's just 1:00-3:00 p.m.. Most of us chose to be at the bowling area than those outdoor -zipline and wall climb.

So, it's bowling for you too.

The culmination of the activities is the eating of the catered food at the activity area by the seaside. Most of us only stayed until 6:30 in the evening.

That sounds like fun. I would partake in the pool playing and the bowling for sure. Of course, the catered foods would be nice as well.

@SIMPLYD Yes, I do play pool and bowl. I am not very good at either of them but I have the jest of how they work and enjoy trying.

I suppose you already know how to play pool and bowling, since they are what you chose amongst the sporty activities. There's always a catered foods when it's the anniversary of the mall.

So it's the singing for you. Well, one need not have a good voice to enjoy the singing of the videoke. What is important is you can sing along with the videoke. Those ladies, who weren't able to join the bowling because it only needs a total of 12 participants, but doesn't like the zipline and wall climb since they are outdoors and it is sunny and hot, enjoyed singing. They also danced to the upbeat songs being sung by the others.

@responsiveme Well, you can dance while you sing like the singers do.

Actually, the lane next to our lane is where the videoke is. So, while they were singing the upbeat tunes, we also dance while we watch others play.

I would also do the bowling. I had bowled in my youth. This sounds like a lovely time for all of you. You surely do know how to celebrate and congrats on the 9th Anniversary and also the employee day annual. The pics are lovely of all of you thanks for sharing

So, you are a bowler in your youth. Surely, that ability will never wane. It's so enjoyable to bowl. A very good exercise too, especially that the balls are so heavy.

Eating part is for everyone. For those sport activities only. Although, if you have children 2-12, you can bring them and have them play for free at the playland.

Zipline it is for you.

You are so courageous! The zipline starts from the lighthouse of the mall then it traverses the long stretch of the sea below until the place of the wall climb, where an electronic jeep, will transport you back to the mall.

My officemates are happy people like me. We always are happy while working because we would sometimes inject jokes while we are on our computers and doing our respective jobs.

This is what makes me want to work still, even if I will reach my optional retirement more than a year from now.
