Wishes do come true...

Not all wishes come true but some do. Yesterday, I was at my childhood home and saw this bunch of clover. They said if you find a four leaf one your wish will come true. But I didn't look for the four leaf clover, I just took a picture.
My wish? I wish that the weather would be fine today. I am expecting something/someone to arrive today and I need the weather to be fine so I could pick it/her up in the airport. But the weather is still not cooperating. In fact, classes were cancelled today.
But I've been checking the flights schedule going to my city and so far no cancellation or delayed flights. I don't know what time it/she will arrive nor do I know which flight. But I'm still wishing even if the weather isn't fine, that it/she will arrive today.

No it hasn't and I got the message that the arrival might be tomorrow because there was a problem with the airplane's ventilation.
So I just simply have to be patient.

@SIMPLYD Yeah, I hope I could sleep early tonight. No schedule of the arrival tomorrow yet so really have to be patient.

That's why I couldn't say exactly everything coz I'm afraid it won't happen. And no it didn't happen on a Monday. So hopefully today, Tuesday. I'm getting anxious already.

I have stopped wishing for world peace when I stopped winning in a beauty pageant...kidding.

Same thing, because I kept sleeping late because of this huge storm when I'm supposedly sleeping well.

Good to know the rain stopped there. NO rain here too but very dark as well.

@toniganzon thank you. this morning, he was however dismayed because his masters class transferred to another room and the graduate school office was not informed. he made a post on FB about his rant and there were some who commented as well

She didn't arrive on a Monday because the planes traveling that day didn't have a ventilation. She did arrive the following evening though.

how was your friend? I mean if the weather still is not to your favor.. I hope she arrives safely too. Also I am curious, were you able to find a four leaf clover in those bunch?
I have a wish right now, it has bothered me since the other night actually. I'm not going to share it (not yet) as I am still keeping it in my heart telling God to listen to me and to give me at least this and grant me this wish. Please also send me some luck so that I can be close to fulfilling it. =)

Thanks for the rain. We will get some today but it will not help with the heat as it wii be around 40 C today.
