Food prepping

I'm busy in the kitchen this morning. I made a batch of Green Chile Adobo for my eggs this week, I cut up half a watermelon, and now I'm cooking up some bacon to have it ready for my breakfasts in the morning. I like to have as much ready as possible for my work-week breakfasts and lunches to make the mornings go as smoothly as possible. 5 am is too early to deal with much hassle.
After the bacon is finished, I am going to make a new recipe: Canned Tuna Ceviche. I love love LOVE ceviche and I like the idea of this--giving ceviche flavor to regular canned tuna. I'll have this for lunch for the next 2 days. It sounds wonderful!

Sounds Good (I was gonna say 'looks good,' but you know how they so-often do with "pictures of food"---painting-up that serving so much it 'looks good' but is no longer "edible"

What's interesting ... there was a Peter Piper Pizza all-you-can-eat buffet advert attached to the site---probably because I discuss pizza often ...
(And there's not even a Peter Piper Pizza in my city! unless "Moore" and "Del City" count as suburbs of Oklahoma City!)

I think you are very smart to plan ahead like that. It looks really good, I might would try it except the jalapeno too hot for me.
