Is breakfast really important to you? Many times because of hurry to work or have stayed up late, get up late, I skipped breakfast. Have you ever had a similar situation? "When you have headaches, hypoglycemia, fainting when not eating breakfast, the best way to handle it is to eat a snack or sugar to recover your blood sugar. memory, mood, focus and attention. "What is your breakfast today?

I never used to have breakfast till last five years. Five years back I was diagnosed with diabetes and my physician asked me to have breakfast without fail as my glucose levels may go down below normal without the breakfast with the effects of the medicines! So regularly have breakfast now a days! Presently I am at my son's place and they have ordered a south Indian platter online for our breakfast which I had it! Thanks!

Yes, the breakfast is the most important meal in a day. I heard that you should eat like a king for breakfast. So you can see it really plays a main rule in our diet.

Most days I eat a breakfast of a scrambled egg, a sausage pattie with a slice of cheese, some hash browns, and a croissant. I wash it all down with a cup of coffee (or coughee). Yesterday, my wife prepared us breakfast burritos, which is scrambled eggs with cheese, bell peppers, and onions wrapped in a tortilla. This morning she made ham and cheese omelets with English muffins.
