Need excercise to lose weight

In my age I feel I'm fat now, sometimes I can't breath I think it because I'm fat, my friend suggest why I'm not going to exercise so I can lose weight. It's been so long that I'm not active on my Zumba routine here in our place because of my work. And now I'm finally ready to go back in my exercise for the good health and for good lifestyle. Did you join any Zumba or exercise routine in your place?

I try to go for a walk every day and stay active. Sometimes I do some weights. I also watch what I eat. I don't have a problem with weight.

@resukill22 We have a little gym in the building where I live. I use it in the winter but when the weather is nice I prefer to be outdoors.

Walking is good also. You go in gym? I'm happy because you don't have problem about weight.

One can do many things to lose weight. I avoid sugar, and try to walk both indoors and outdoors.. I liked to read about the exercise that Dr Mercola shows on his site. Good for blood pressure. takes only a few minutes.
Strength training has been shown to lower blood pressure; research suggests improving your handgrip strength may be most effective of all.

Much better, I'm doing that sometimes if I'm tired to go in my Zumba class, I only use my tv and turn in video and watch Zumba hehe, less hasle

I don't do Zumba, but I have thought it looks like fun. I want to do yoga though at some point.

Exercise is a waste of time. Don't bother if you feel it's a burden or sacrifice. I exercise because I love doing it.
