She was an amazing classic I loved to watch. I dread the day we lose Betty White. All the greats are leaving us. It's so sad.

Wow, I was surprised to read this as I have not heard this news yet. She lived a very long and wonderful life. RIP Carol Channing.

I met her very briefly when she was in "Lend An Ear" on Broadway--she was the same then as she was yesterday--fun! I bet every drag queen will be saluting her this weekend---she gave many work in the clubs!
