Don't know if I am ever gonna get my hair cut!

I told you about the debacle with Great Clips last week, and their refusal to honor the special. So, I was bummed about that, then..roomie came home with a new cut telling me where he got it in town..I thought well that sounds interesting. I went there..and apparently they don't cut women's hair..What? Sounds like discrimination to me..
. Anyway, I thought..no problemo, I will go to the place I usually get it cut..they closed at noon! Dang, well if they are open, I guess I will go to the other place in town on Monday..They do a great job..but there is usually a line!

No clue...I mean if a guy came in with long hair, I am sure they would cut that!

@dya80dya No, it's very simple, there are hairdressers for male and for female, it's not the same. They are very different, neither one hairdresser is universal for both men and women. I'm surprised you do not know that

Every time I go to get my hair cut the shop is always slam packed. I hope you will be able to get yours cut on Monday.

The best one in the area..often has people waiting, although one time I went their when the weather was bad, and no one was there..

Closed by noon? Crazy!! You would think they would just be getting started. Hopefully you can get in somewhere on Monday if that's what you're wanting.

It's a small town, they make up their own rules. I couldn't even get my hair cut locally over the holidays..everyone was closed!

I mean if it is a barbershop then I understand why they don't cut women's hair. They are not trained for that so they can't style it. I had my hair cut at a barbershop because I told them exactly what I wanted because I needed a "female military cut" and they understood what that meant so no styling.
I always wanted to get my hair cut at a beauty school. I feel like that is a more fun experience than any of the times I had my poor hair butchered at Great Clips. Never had a good Great Clips experience.

I don't mind Great Clips. I usually just get a trim anyway, nothing too out of the ordinary.
