Just could not wait

I had talked about making mango ice cream and happy to say it turned out perfect. I do not have an ice cream pail but the fridge took care of it. I only had to bring it back and forth from the liquidiser to the fridge thrice just so that it got blended perfectly. Should have taken a photo before we 'attacked' it but do not go by the looks. You will love it. Help yourself.

@allknowing Have you ever made mango seed? There are variety of recipes and you can choose one that your family likes when you search it. Locally mango seed, mango bread, preserved mango are abundant when mango season comes around. What kind of mangoes do you have?

The mangoes should be fibre free. You remove the pulp. I used milk powder and after creaming it I added enough water and butter, sugar. I boiled the stuff, cooled it and then added the pulp. I blended it in the blender and deep froze it and repeated the process of freezing and blending thrice.

We do not get good milk here and so I used milk powder and that helped the ice cream getting some body
