Yes, I'm Going to the Pool

I just finished my walk within the complex. I didn't take it outside as I have been. I wanted to know how my knee would hold up. 35 minutes later, I'm back home and planning to leave for the Y. They have an open swim from 11:45-1 PM. So, I will take advantage of my knee feeling much better than it did all night and this morning before breakfast.
It will be a good day of exercise after-all. I'm also looking forward to getting that fitness tracker next week. That will give me accurate info on the calories burned.
I need to get my suit on and leave. You all have a great day. I'll be working on my book when I get back. How is your Wednesday working out? Thanks for reading. Picture mine of the YWCA a couple of years ago. Early morning.

I have been in and out like a yoyo today not time to go to the swimming pool for me today. Running my wife to doctors appointments this morning and this afternoon taking our old lady friend shopping taking her home then back home to my collect my wife again! Busy busy!

@just4him Yes because disaster struck the freezer was unplugged so now I have to empty all the food for the rubbish bin that will be collected in the morning. Not a very lucky day for me eh!

I am glad you are getting to go to the pool. Wednesday, so far so good. I haven't done anything other than work online and have breakfast and coffee though.
