Got six books from the library today

I went to the library today to return a book and while I was there I took out six books. Some are poetry, while others are prose. Some are rather small. Others are not. I already read one of them because it was small. I have five more to go. Hopefully, I can read them all before the due date, which is three weeks from today. I will have read 31 books once I finish these. And I will have to read 24 more books to get to my 2019 Goodreads reading challenge goal of 55 books.

I also went to the library today and I also took out 6 books, but mine are 6 novels. I started reading the first one. It is written by a local author. The book is quite short and I might finish it tonight.

Three of my books are non-fiction. The others are poetry.

@lovebuglena I read non-fiction sometimes, but this month I am going to read novels. Which non-fiction topics are you interested in?

So far I am enjoying the books. Almost done with book #2 but it's a rather small one.

I need to do that, but I haven't been to the library in so long my card isn't good any more. I tried to use it online for a program they have and it didn't work so I have to go in and see if I can get it fixed. I read a lot of free books on Kindle and that's why I haven't been to the library in so long

You have to go to the library and re-activate it maybe.

Our library also had the option to borrow e-books. Not sure how that actually works though.

I would never get those read in 3 weeks. I can renew them online 5 times if no one has requested them.

I can renew as well though it is less than 5 times. I think I can finish them in three weeks if I don't slack off and read every day.

I don't read hundreds of books a year. Does that still make me a book lover?
