Shredded BBQ Chicken in the Instant pot

My SO got me a instant pot as an early Christmas present. I've used it about five times since I got it and I am using it again tonight.
The first night I got it was the only other night that I have done a chicken dish in it. That time I made chicken and dumplings and tonight I am making shredded chicken BBQ.
To go with the BBQ I made seasoned fries and she child will get corn as well.

That sounds yum actually. Are you seasoning the fries yourself or did you just get a bag of seasoned fries?

@thislittlepennyearns Ah okay. I think we can get the Rally's fries at the grocery store here. Don't think we have one of the restaurants anywhere in the state though.

They were pre seasoned . Rallys/checkers. I'm so burnt out from the last few days
