Let Me Ask You

So we know our mylot friends pretty well, I think, but we make new friends along the way we don't know too much about. So I thought I'd go back to basics, and have everyone fill me in on their lives. Whether you think I know you well or not, maybe someone else will learn something new.
For instance, my name is Amber, and I'm single. I don't have children, but my two Chihuahuas keep me occupied. The most impactful thing that ever happened to me was when my 46 year old mother was diagnosed with dementia. She's gone now, but not forgotten. I used to talk a lot about her, but I also talk a lot about my niece and nephew. I love them both, but my niece, Amyra, is the light of my life.
Fill me in on your life. If I know you well, maybe you can tell me something new.

I'm Vicki to most, but Caca to the grandkids (long story.) Married forever and my husband's my best bud. We live in rural eastern NC and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. But I would love to have a beach cottage in Myrtle Beach, SC! Jesus is number one in my life, even before my family and they're right there at the top!

I'm Tammy, and I live in Baltimore, MD, USA. I'm self-employed as a freelance writer. I'm also very family-oriented, and I love being an Auntie. I love our family pets, and especially talk about the dogs. For a weird fact, I was afraid of dogs for years, and now I just adore them. I love New Kids On The Block, professional wrestling, older sitcoms (i.e., The Golden Girls), animals, autumn, writing and short walks to the 'fridge. ;) Sadly, my Dad passed away in 2013, so I tend to bring him up a lot.

The Golden Girls is my favorite sitcom ever! My sister recently bought me Sophia socks, with Estelle Getty's face on them!
There is a lady in my apartment complex who is terrified of dogs, even my Chihuahuas. I mean, my little seven pound Chihuahua, Sadie, sent her into a tailspin. I felt sorry for her.

@AmbiePam Same, I could watch it all the time (and I do lol). Aw that's sweet. :) The last GG thing I got was a magnet set from my sister and brother-in-law lol.
I know how she feels, and I feel bad for her too. Something could've happened in her past to make her feel afraid of dogs. :(

I'm Marilyn and have 4 adult married children and lucky enough to have 10 grandkids. My youngest daughter got divorced a year or so ago and moved back home with me so she's great company. She also brought along two pups who have won over my heart.
Before Covid family took up a lot of my time but these months have been quiet since we can't visit very often.

My name is Linda. I'm married and will be married 50 years this October 3. We've been together 54 years as of October 1. We no longer have any fur babies; and I miss them all very much. I am in a bit of a slump right now, but I used to do a lot of writing and reading and playing video games. Instead I am putting together jigsaw puzzles for my entertainment. When I was able I used to do a lot of cooking. Oh, and I LOVE 60s and 70s music. Saw the Beatles in concert in Cleveland in the 60s.

I'm April. Lol, live in North Florida with my other half. Legally we're not married, but we are just without the paper. Lol. I'm a step mom to his two kids who are 12 and 7, but who I claim as mine. We have three dogs. I co operate and own a home improvement business and a Etsy shop. I freelance on the side. We are usually either on the four wheelers or on the water in the canoe if we arent working.

Hi I`m Martin, I just got back here in mylot after 3 years. "woooh* it`s nice to be back again. Anyways, I have not so much to talk about but I wanna tell a little about myself. I am a fresh graduate. I just got my first job even we are in this time of pandemic crisis in which i am very much thankful of. I lost my dog last August. Now, we have 3 kittens.

I'm a stay at home mom to a daughter (15) and son (10). Hubby and I have been together for 33 years now, but married for 18 of that. I have an art degree . . . by occupation I was a graphic artist/designer until we started a family. Now we are a family of artists! I was an adult figure skater - competing and performing for about a decade - one of the best times of my life. I enjoy a myriad of topics, random things, slices of life . . . I appreciate anyone willing to listen to one of my ramblings, beit a post or a comment .

I don't use my real name on the internet, it's too dangerous. I am single, 71, and am the pet of 2 cats and a dog.
I love to take pictures, or rather I used to love it but all those pictures I took over the years I use on my discussions most of the time .... sometimes I actually use a screen print.
I love everything about my beautiful planet.
I hate that hunters kill for no reason. If they hunt for food I can understand but to kill wolves or coyotes just because you don't like them is horrendous in my opinion, we don't have the right to kill without reason, that's Gods job.
I believe in the Great Spirit, I feel a kinship with some of the Native American tribes.
That's not a lot but it's all I could think of, I guess I'm kinda boring.
